NJ Whitetail Rut/Increased Deer Movement

Just wondering what you guys are seeing as far as the rut kicking in.  Ive seen some chasing last week and then it seemed to die down.  Really hit or miss this it seems.  I think these warmer temp are really doing a number on the activity.  Perhaps later this week itll blow up?  What do you guys think.  And is it just me or is this years rut really late?

I have seen the same thing.  I saw some chasing about 10 days ago, then it went real quiet. I did find a nice rub line close to my stand on Saturday.  There was quite a bit of vocalization starting on Saturday as well.
