titles says it all. new in box.  item 1911CA-45-SSS. night sights, 2 mags, checkered strap, gray wood grips, $1,142 MSRP. couldn't resist one for myself and they have a bunch.

They sell a ton of Sigs and have for a long time. Brand new in sealed box with Sig tag attached on the one I bough. The range prices are horrible but they've had good gun deals for a while now and get specials like this. They also had 226 Elites for I think 799 and 1911 tac ops are 899

And if they get their stock from a distributor they wouldn't show in the dealer list
