I have a few things I need done on the old homestead and am looking for a....  I dunno, a carpenter, general contractor or handyman.  The top priority right now is to get an old chimney tube removed, the other tube capped and the chimney more or less waterproofed.  The chimney stack is not brick.  This needs to get done, like, yesterday because it leaks badly when it rains hard.

 

I also need a couple of windows replaced.  One of them, the octagon, should be fairly easy, the other, a porch window, not so much as the window has basically rotted out and I expect there will be some hidden water damage.
