If something happens in your residence and your weapons come under scrutiny, the prosecutor WILL seek to prosecute the charges against you. This is how they continue to pass these laws and let them blow over without anyone really raising a defense. They have time on their side, disarmament wont be instant but over generations.

I ended up putting together my target today. I used a mannequin torso and cut out a square in the chest. I then made a hook inside of the mannequin to hold my quick tyme. Works great for presentation drills.

I ended up going with the quick time model, I figure it will be the most beneficial to me with presentation drills.

Only constables I've seen in NJ have had batons and OC, never seen one with a firearm. Not sure if they can carry a firearm if qualified, just my observation. I think NYC constables have firearms.

I Always carry weapon in same place, strong side waist. Duty weapon or off duty weapon (iwb)always same place, you don't want to find yourself in a deadly force situation and you are reaching in the wrong place for your weapon. Just practice getting under those layers to get it.

The should limit the number of rounds the knives hold, this way when the bad guys are reloading the good guys can charge them and wrestle the knife away from them.

I think they are still taking orders on HRA service grades. If not then wait a few weeks, once they have enough of a manufacturer and grade available they will open up to taking orders for them again.
