They had started a more agressive pat-down at the airports, if you didnt go thru the body scanner, that started on wednesday, I think. This was probly because they knew something!

Has anyone heard of this bill? HR 4646. It is supposed to be the "Debt free America ACT". It is a tax on our gross earnings in effect. If you deposit $ in the bank the bank is to deduct 1% and send to The Fed. Then there is a tax for every transaction from that point. I heard this is to be convened on no later than 11-23-10 by both House and Senate, and voted on no later than 12-23-10. HOLY CRAP. I think the likelyhood of this getting passed would be non-existant but HOLY CRAP!

1st... were you treated with meds by a DR? Or did you go see a therapist? if you only saw a therapist, therapist is no DR. If that is the case your answer should be "no". I think the answer is "NO" to question 26. PERIOD! THE END! As long as you havnt been treated for depression etc with meds or a DR. You went to a therapist for help in dealling with life situations. Divorce etc, how to move on and learn to open up to women and girlfriends and trust, because your ex hurt you! Therapy is just more or less, non-biased advice. I went to therapy and it was great advice. On a side note....If your local police are using an "out-dated" form, down load the new version and turn that one in and let them know that is the current form required by the state police. If you are answering the question "no", which is what I think you should if it was just a therapist, tell the Detective that is your answer and you were not treated by a DR. Anything further is not their business because it was NOT a DR! If you were treated by a Dr of any sort, phychiatrist and or phycologist, all bets are off. Consult an attorney!

As far as phych evals......Does the shrink have any liability If you get into a bad shoot? If so they will not take the responsibility!!!!

I "think" the thought process is for those that "can" afford it its just obscene. I have a friend in my town, front door broken down, between 930 and 1030 am! there was a police officer directing traffic 60 yards away! Thank God no one was home! Deterents are great! But if someone busts your door down when you are home......YOU better be prepared to go to war! It doesnt meen you have to. You just better have a good home defense plan. I currently have 2 pistol vaults, 1 on each floor of my house. I will not get caught with my "preverbial" pants down. My sons room is the safe room. and my wife and I have discussed thouroughly what to do. Keys and cell are on the night stand every night! Do I over think tnis stuff? I also carry everyday while at my store!

I keep a bug out bag in my car. I own a jewelry store. I have 2 range bags loaded with ammo, holsters, cleaning kit, and it would be very easy to put both pistols in the appropriate bags because they are very accesable(one is always on me depending how im dressed). I guess I have 2 bug out bags at work!
