Thank you all for the advice. Yes, the FFL in question will accept from an individual with a copy of my DL. So I can just drop this off at a UPS hub and have it shipped to them, sounds good.

Wayne NJ Dropped paper work off on 9/5 for FID address change and PTP. Got re-fingerprinted on 9/18 Received on 10/28 40 days from fingerprinting to pick-up. Not too bad.

I went to Wayne township to do a change of address on my FPID and they said the new chief is treating this like a new application and wants me to get fingerprinted again. Does this sound right?
