I do not buy ammo retail in NJ anymore I have not done so for at least 10 years... I order everything online or buy while I'm out of state. I find the selection locally generally sucks and the prices are nuts. Not to mention the whole FID/DL thing.

Agreed but it is good for them to get some face time every now and then if for no other reason but to remind those more apathetic than us what they are capable of when they have power... It is truly a miracle we survived the two years with the majorities they had in the house and senate without seeing any anti-gun bills even come to a vote. I credit Harry Reid with this. Granted they did plenty of damage in other areas but you have to admit had they the political will they could have stuck it to us good over the last two years...

I still contend this assbag was probably using cheap aftermarket non-drop free 33 rnd mags and had he been using even 10 rnd drop free mags no one would have been able to touch him until they shot him or he ran out of ammo... I posted this on Facebook last week, freaking classic! Almost lost my coffee the first time I saw it...

Taking the camera was necessary in that these idiots documented their harassment of the guy and the fact that they pulled a bat on him. Taking the camera preserved the evidence of what happened. Imagine they didn't take the camera and the assclowns wiped the card, called 911 via a cell phone left in the truck and said they were just held up at gunpoint by a guy and woman in a silver BMW convertible. Now it is his word against theirs. Taking the camera was right and taking the keys was right. If they happened to fall in the sewer well **** happens don't be a douche bag next time... They could have simply pulled the video and then dropped the camera off at the local PD...

The thing to remember here is they have been singing the same song for 40 years and people are sick of hearing it. They have stopped buying their records and attending their concerts. Let them go, the louder they sing the more annoying they become. They will always have the libtards that cannot think in terms longer than the time it takes for their next government check to arrive. For all those chattering about your 10+ round mags and no grandfather provision... Here is a little blast from the past for you. They almost had their a** handed to them then but they wisely chose not to challenge the decision out of fear the State Supreme Court would have affirmed the decision and the whole law would have been toast state wide...

Just a thought… What is funny is that from the reports it sounds as though this nimrod was using aftermarket magazines. If this is true, if he was using the non-drop-free 33rnd mags they saved lives... How you ask? He would need to use his free hand to remove the spent mag from the weapon before grabbing the next full mag. A factory magazine would have been more reliable meaning there would have been little chance of a FTF. Using even factory 10rnd drop free magazines the off-hand would be retrieving the next full mag as the shooting hand was dropping the spent mag. Magazine changes would have been much faster and he most likely would not have been taken down until he was out of ammunition of someone returned fire.

Thank God this guy had a level head and didn't cap the guy holding the weapon... Could you imagine the blowback if that had occurred?

How classic would it be if this sparks a national CCW reciprocity bill? I think that would be the end of the Brady's...

Actually I'm cool with banning "clips" over 10 rounds... All my "clips" are between 5, 8 and 10 rounds... In fact I can't think of a gun or magazine that uses "clips" over 10 rounds... Idiot, didn't he retire once already, isn't it time to revisit that decision?
