Hollowpoints are not banned in Jersey...But if you have them while commiting a crime it is added on to the sentence.

I am looking to buy a lower and when I was talking with the local FFL he stated that I had to buy the buttstock with it so that he could do a legal transfer. Can anyone provide some insight into this for me? I was going to just buy the lower and then gradually build it up. Thanks guys!!

Yeah they are much more efficient that they used to be but still have a lot of room for improvement. Most panels are in the range of 6-15% efficiency with the best being about 20%, the newest have a theoretical efficiency of 35%. So this is an industry that has a great long term potential. I am hoping that in 30 years when my system is ready to be replaced I will be able to go from 32 panels to 8 or less.

Actually that is not correct, Solar Power systems are exempted from Property taxes in NJ. I have a 7.56KW system on my house which is 3,000 sqft and generate enough electricity to cover my usage each year. So I have no electricity bill each month and I generate approximately 9 SREC's per year which currently sell for $640. So I profit approximately 6k, this will allow me to pay off the system in about 4 years. Its a great investment for anyone thinking about it. I currently don't run a battery backup system off of it because its prohibitively expensive. But there are some fuel cell systems coming out down the road that should be a lot more affordable in the long run.

It depends, I was in a similar situation...My FID had my Street address, but my DL had my PO Box because the MVC said it had to be my mailing address on the DL. I bought 3 guns like that and the FFL's asked me about it and when I explained the situation they proceeded with the sale. Then I ordered a gun from a dealer and when I went to pick it up he wouldn't complete the sale due to the fact that they did not match. He said if I had something with my street address on it he would sell it to me but I didn't have anything with me at the time with the street address. So long story short, it is kinda up to the discretion of the dealer.

I'd be interested in picking up another if there is a group buy.

I just rode my cycle to the range on Saturday with my pistol, Had the gun in its case in the main compartment and then my ammo in a separate pouch in the backpack. Not sure if that is 100% legal but who knows.
