Does anyone have experience with the SA M 1 socum II, and can provide some positives or negatives about this rifle I will be using it for target shooting only.

I own the xdm 45 it is a great pistol you will not be disappointed, but i suggest you try it out first to see if you like it.

Over the past 20 yrs 5 times for speeding no tickets just warnings i work closely with law enforcement. I own a number of high end sports cars thst draw attention, lately i only speed on the track never on the street.

For anyone that has a ccw in new jersey is it a law to inform the leo that you have a ccw and that you are carrying? My best friend is a leo and anytime we have been pulled over the first thing he does is inform the officer that he is carrying. As far as the video it is my humble opinion that this officer is in need of a psychological treatment and evaluation to determine fitness for duty. Think about it, he threatened to kill this poor guy and stated that his fellow officer would collaborate in this murder!! I shared this video with my leo friends thay said it is this type of leo that can have him and his partner in federal prison for such an act towards a compliant civilian.

Thank you officer u past the test but you would be surprised at how many leo cannot pass this same test and would arrest someone who had a magazine that can hold 15 rounds. My point is leo should have knowledge of firearm laws so law abiding citizens would not get falsely arrested. For example i think u mentioned that a pump shot gun with a folding stock is legal but u would not have known that a week ago?? So false arrests can occur. Let me tell u that if people in my profession made those type of mistakes their would be dead patient everyday in every medical setting. I feel that the leo community should have a license that gets renewed every 2 years just like every other profession and requires continuing education. Being a leo is a tough job i know i am forensic examiner and do most of my work with the US dept of justice; however it is scary how an innocent person can get arrested for lack of basic firearm knowledge. NJ firearm laws are so convoluted that the leo that is supposed to enforce them are confused many times!!! But no disrespect to u officer u are entitled to ur opinions. I highly respect that u r a fellow forum member and gun enthusiast please do not let politics get in the way friendship and a common interest, and remember all of us r law abiding on this topic we want to follow the law, even leo must follow the law or they can have problems. Please let the officer reply i trust him as he represents the law and is the one who has to enforce it.
