I was at the Oaks gun show today looking at Aks decided on a James River one, the vendor who had it said it could not be made Nj legal meaning cutting the bayo lug off and welding the break. Is this true ?? He said sagai would be the choice because they already come with no bayo lug and no break, There has to be other options am I missing something.??

Looking for a scope for my first ar build. I was thinking 1-4 scope or 3--9x 40. What do you guys use, open to suggestions. Want to shoot 300 yards possible more. Trying to keep it around 200 bucks if possible. Thanks.

I agree i rather take a few extra small steps like a trigger lock, cable lock or some kind of locking case. I rather do this stuff then spend a lot of money defending my self because of some anti gun who does not know the law or who does not care to follow it.

I bought a Gerber Fast draw straight blade spring assist knife at walmart,i carry it every day with no problems for 2 years. Assist knife are legal because there is no button in the handle that opens the knife. You still have to push the blade open a little bit to get it to open until the spring takes over.

Signed and i think its something like 10,000 signatures . If i remember when the old petition hit 5000 signatures it need to go to 10,000 maybe even more.

I was a reference for a friend in cherry hill I had to fill out the questionnaire I didn't have to get it notorized but I did get a phone call from the chief asking how long I knew him and what kind of person he was. This was about 5-6 years ago things must have changed or they are just doing like every other township makeing crap up as they go along.

I have Allstate and they are great, just like some of the other post took the jeep to a Allstate center, had a check in day and off to the body shop $100 deductible and my rate didn't go up and i get a check for $60 bucks every six months for being accident free.

There is a podcast on Gun for Hire radio were they were talking about this i think they had Evan Nappen and i do believe he said all that is required by law is the gun be in a locked case "unloaded " is the key, or have a cable lock or trigger lock, and the ammo did not have to be locked up and it was o kto be in a magazine. I will see if i can find which podcast it is i just listened to it this weekend.
