  1. Thanks again for the mags and ammo. Seller is a good guy. Buy with confidence.
  2. Already got a lever gun. Wouldn't mind the big brother to a Ruger 10/22.
  3. How much for the .44 Ruger? Lol
  4. Thanks. I checked. It's a CZ. By the way, CZ makes a great product. Affordable and they are made pretty well. If I was in the market for a new double. It would be a CZ.
  5. From what I've read it's a cross pollination of some heirloom (fancy) tomatoes. My boys got 3 different ones. They got Big Zac, Biltmore, and mountain magic. The big Zac's apparently produce tomatoes that are 4-5lb. Further reading says they average about 2lbs each. Still a big mater! Lol.
  6. Garden is in. Usual assortment of tomatoes, peppers, and cucs. Got a few hybrid tomato plants for entertainment purposes. We'll see how they do. Also picked up some blue Jade corn seed. We put some in a big planter on our deck. Stalks grow to 4-5' and produces these 5-6" blue/purple ears of corn. We'll see how that goes. Lol
  7. Looking for the following.. .. Sig 239. Older model. 9mm only. Had one years ago. One of the few guns I regret selling. Stevens 311 in 20ga and/or 16ga. Already have a 12. 26 or 28" barrels. It's an older double gun I just love. Simple. Sturdy. Double triggers. They ain't worth much I just like em. Thompson Center Hawken silver elite. Muzzleloader. A rare one. It's a long shot but figure I ask. Don't mind other T/C muzzys for the right price but it would be bottom dollar because chances are I already have it. Lol. Got permits, got cash. Got a few other toys I may consider trading. Thanks for looking. Nick
  8. Bringhurst in Berlin does pigs and cows. Can split with other people. Don't think they are taking orders for now. Maybe for the fall.
  9. Is it state police or bellmawr police handling the situation? Reason I ask is because the State Police have a barrack's down the road. Haven't followed it too much but heard a gym member/visitor was locked up today because he didn't comply with an order given by law enforcement.
  10. Got email yesterday that permits are ready for pickup. So basically it took 60 days. Usually takes 30-35. Given circumstances I'm not really complaining.
  11. I have one of these (synthetic stock). Great gun. Great shooter. If for some reason you don't sell (it should) I'd be interested in the mags and ammo.
  12. The officer was honest about it. I could see into the back of the station and every administration desk was empty. Not even a dispatcher. I'm assuming the officers take turns answering the phone.
  13. I doubt they have snapper soup now, Peta would have a stroke. Lol. Too low brow for this ritzy town. Lol. Mayo's on rt72 still may have snapper soup but it's been a long time since I've been in there. Crazy story but the first place I took my wife(then girlfriend) was Jay's. Lol. It was a late Sunday night and nothing else was open. Good ole Jay's. Still have good wings, finger food.
  14. Shoot some #4 buckshot through it.
  15. Cheyenne mountain. They got 5 or 6 guys behind the counter. All good. Some better than others. I prefer to deal with Jesse. He's knowledgeable. Not biased towards some brands. Like any shop it isn't perfect but keep an open mind. I've bought my last 4 pistols from there.
  16. I submitted mine at my local pd on 3/17. With all the crap going on I totally forget about it. So did one of my references. Lol got an email from pd on 4/17 saying they didn't get one of reference questionnaire. Called the idiot. He did it. Background came back quickly. Went to pd and paid my $6 for permits. Now it's a waiting game. They have an officer handling all the permits because all administration staff are not working there. Nice guy. He asked that I be patient. Lol. We'll see... That's what my local pd has been doing for the last year or two. Agree, ain't complaining. Lol.
  17. I pickle some green tomatoes in the fall once it gets cold. Kids like em. Whatever peppers I have left over I pickle and keep a few jars in the fridge and I give a bunch away at work.
  18. I'd rather not take any money from the government but if it comes , the wife and I already discussed just putting it into our kids savings.
  19. My permits expired. I applied for new ones. Usually takes less than 30 days but this virus crap may prolong things. Post pics of what ya got. I may be interested.
  20. Thanks but trying to stay with 45 or possibly a 9mm.
  21. Any dog that goes after a human like that does not deserve to breathe the same air. Kill the dog. Sue the owner. Dogs off leash are an absolute pet peeve of mine. I've had more than a few run ins. Just a matter of time before I get my hands on one. I don't want to but if it comes down to a child(or a loved one) or the dog....dog dies horribly.
  22. Went to my local Walmart. South Jersey. Definitely had that pre snow storm activity. Half the water aisle was empty. Not a single container of Lysol wipes on the shelf. Paper towels and TP were pretty bare. Zero hand sanitizer. Soaps half gone. Crazy considering this was noon on a Tuesday. Assuming they will restock it tonight.
  23. Cash is always good. Always. It's no different than water or ammo. No matter where you are at everyone knows American dollars. During Sandy I know guys who bought fuel, generators, meds, etc. Cash only. It's a simple funny story but lesson learned. That big snow storm we had 4 years ago....my neighbhood is private so we have contractors do the snow removal. Guy was in bulldozer pushing the snow. I had cleaned around my truck/car, when he came by I offered him $50 cash if I could move my cars and could he clean/clear my driveway, front of house etc. He obliged. Looked like a Chinese fire drill moving the vehicles but got it done. Best $50 I ever spent. My neighbors caught on real quick. They all paid. One guy didn't have cash but ended giving the guy a couple restaurant gift cards. Lol. My kids got a lesson in the value of a dollar. Our street is also the first one that guy comes too when it snows. Lol. Last year was funny it snowed a few inches. I hear a big vehicle outside. One of my boys yell hey Dad the snow guy is here. Lol. Cash is King. If you don't have it use the ammo to get it. Lol.
  24. https://www.primaryarms.com/burris-optics-msr-223-tactical-rifle-scope-3-9x40mm Don't have one. No idea on quality. Figure if someone is doing a budget build this won't kill your wallet.
