Say I buy a Kriss Vector CRB that is NJ compliant... Which means fixed stock and other crap. How difficult is it to change those things if I were to move to a free state?

In my opinion they should get rid of it ONLY because of possible mistakes. I feel no sympathy for people who murder in cold blood, however innocent people can and have been killed.

Huh never had a problem and I am in North jersey and I go to Kean (liberal bastion). Maybe I'll get an AR sticker too lol though when I am reading "American Rifleman" I get a lot of sidelong glances. Remember, especially on a college campus, the only guns I "should" care about are those in Call of Duty...

I know of a few from out of state but I was wondering if there were any places that do laser engravers on slides and such in Jersey, specifically North Jersey.

Thanks JT. I am havig OMG in Bayonne handle it, turns out the holder of my newely purchased SKS is a FFL holder as well he just didn't have it listed on GunBroker.

Hahaha if I had a 50 cal or greater they'd have to take it from me. Too bad I can't afford one and won't be able to for years (other weapons I want first).

Customer responses were completely idiotic... the ones who brought the gun (obviously) and the ones who made comments. Clearly there is a lack of education and bountiful amount of ignorance. Focusing on THAT is much better than more gun legislation.

Yeah Jon I will give the forum vendors a call if I win this. It's like 6 hours sway I just found out lol so definitely not driving however if I don't win this I did just get info on a couple Albo SKSs in PA only an hour away so if this one on GunBroker falls through I might go for a ride to PA. In PA I can just buy the rifle and bring it to NJ?

Just called them and if this bidding gets too high on the one on GunBroker I will probably stop by there to check them out.

Okay so I put a bid in on GunBroker and I have called Bullethole, Bullseye Tactical, and Heritage Guild asking about FFL Transfers. Both Bullethole and Bullseye said the sender must send the firearm through an FFL to an FFL and I must receive it from the receiving FFL, they said it is Federal Law. Heritage Guild told me it must be sent to an FFL but the sender does not have to send it through an FFL, they can send it themselves, it is just store policy to require it being sent from an FFL. Then he said I could just go to Pennsylvania to pick it up since it is a NJ Legal Rifle instead of having it shipped. GunBroker also says: I am damn confused. If I win am I going to have to pay him to send it to an FFL so that FFL from PA can send it to one here in NJ? Or am I just not understanding what everyone else is saying? If I win will he just send it through an FFL so I can get it to an FFL here?
