most police don't know the laws/statutes. it's actually pretty much impossible for them to know them all. in pfrnj, you have a duty to retreat, is safely possible unless you're inside your dwelling. i too, think he should go for lawsuit. but not the township. go after the neighbor, for the total cost of his defense, plus the legal fees for going for the cost of his defense. if he sues the township, and wins, then it's just gonna be all of his neighbors that pay that cost, in increased taxes.

i talk to everyone i know, trying to get them to vote. including a couple customers that're hunters. i was able to gain the interest of one in particular, that's just blown me off in the past. when i mentioned that they were going after 5.56, it got his attention, even though he doesn't hunt with anything that small. he understood the implication that they'd be coming for his ammo too at that point. i guess that's one in a row. honestly though, i find it difficult to believe so dam many gun owners sit back and take it........

we need to also find a way to hold accountable those that gave away our rights, and continue to give them away. without those willing to give them away, those in power could never take them away.

for what it's worth..........a friend/customer of mine is a camden county prosecutor. according to him, pa people carrying over here claiming to think that their ccw from pa is good here, or claiming ignorance to our laws is much more common than one would believe.

I'd venture that most of us complaining about bike riders have been on the road on a bike. and that we stayed on the shoulder out of the way of cars, so as to not impede traffic.

i've had them bolt out in front of me at a point where it was pure luck(on their part) that i didn't hit them. then they flip me the bird, as if it's my fault. well guess what? maybe if you can't see a 7ft tall 20ft long truck, you'd better go get your eyes checked. or maybe just stay the hell out of the traffic lanes. until there is registration and insurance on a bicycle like we have to pay on cars, trucks, and motorcycles, they have no acceptable place other than the shoulder. now that spring might actually be springing, we'll be seeing tons of those asshammers here in cherry hill.

they're prevalent down here in camden county too. they ride in the middle of the road, in gaggles. they run redlights almost half the time. they go out in the center lane of intersections to make their turns. i dunno if the rules changed, but when i used to be on a bicycle a lot, we had to stay on the shoulder, and we were supposed to dismount, and walk out bikes across intersections. now? the fuckers are right out there. and they have the gall to think that a 230 pound meatbag squished into spandex 2 sizes too small will win against a 2.5 ton guided missile. and yea.....not much pisses me off these days. these guys do.

please tell me you're not one of those spandex warriors that thinks it's ok to ride out in traffic, rather than on the shoulder?
