  1. This is the progressive agenda - a lot of hate and crime for things they do not agree with or like - look at the DC elites and Hollywood, everyone is going to "move to Canada", Trump's Hollywood star gets demolished and no one bats an eye, his campaign HQ in NC gets firebombed, people beating the shit out of Trump supporters at rallies, its fucking disgusting - are you surprised in the least? I have a neighbor who has had his sign stolen 4 times already - If Trump wins to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if 3/4 of the Democrat party just didn't show up for work and staged a protest outside the Capitol - look at the fucking Rosa Parks bullshit they pulled over "secret lists" for gun buyers -
  2. I'll tell you what, the Jewish people I know own a small arsenal compared to me - they don't fuck around - one guy at the range told me once "Us Jews never forget, and we're always ready" - I believe him
  3. I would just wrap the sign in barbed wire Or slather KY Jelly all over it mixed with your piss Or if you want less harm - dig a couple small holes and cement it in place and cover the cement holes with some dirt - now THAT would be hilarious and prob give you enough time to get your 12 gauge
  4. FTFY - And I also don't worry about taking a leak or getting a cup of coffee on the way home from the range
  5. LOLLLLLL My backseat now after reading about Yuengling:
  6. I only use them for their free shipping on cases of ammo or their 30 day free trial of the "club" but I always choose to not keep enrollment before 30 days is up (similar to Amazon Prime trials)
  7. YASSSS Stogies and bullets all the things - I should still be here although I have a deadline of January 2018 to get out LOL
  8. If we are talking Pre Four Loko ban circa 2010 when it still had caffeine in it - OMG I could tell you stories - It was the weirdest experiences ever being wasted on 2 or 3 of those and yet wired, it was like I was watching myself be wasted because I was so alert but had no control over what I was doing LMAO I really wish they hadn't banned the caffeine in it for old time's sake - Man those were sweet as can be but they did the job
  9. I see people who do this at the range all the time and chuckle.
  10. I could def fox with this - I need to pick up some target loads -
  11. Where is this indy and does he do Bimmers? My X5 is 13 years old and I have all parts to do all 4 corners of brakes but just running short on time - I bought all the parts to rebuild the calipers too (boot and seal kits, slider pins, bushings, bleeder screws) and just really wanted to be all fresh at all 4 corners. There is a good Euro shop on 22 in Green Brook I've used in the past but they have gotten stupid expensive since they built that huge shop, they used to be in a small garage up 31 in Washington and were a bit more reasonably priced - now they compete with the BMW dealer for the most part although their work is impeccable -
  12. I've been a cigar smoker for the most part (a couple years in college I hit up the menthols) since I was 16 and had my first Swisher Sweet blunt - For the majority I save nice big "man sticks" for when I have the time and temps to enjoy - I don't smoke in my house so if the weather isn't good not much cigar time, plus obviously you need a solid hour to enjoy a nice stick. My "daily" smokes are still Al Capone filters just as yard work quick smokes, etc, been smoking them since end of college - or sometimes a nice Backwoods etc - I was always a Romeo y Julieta guy, the Acids are great, and Cuban Cohibas when I could get my hands on some oh my, got my biggest buzz ever from one of those. Again its just finding the time and situation to enjoy a nice long stick smoke - I have been wanting to try pipe smoking as its basically everything I love about cigars but you are able to have a decently quick smoke with it if you don't have the time - plenty of flavors and boldness/richness flavor levels as well, and maintenance on a pipe isn't too bad, cost of entry to get you started doesnt require a huge investment either. If I got a fire going in the winter I could always get the pipe out and blow my smoke up the chimney if I wanted to have a smoke in the house. Yeah its one of those hobbies we should probably all drop (tobacco) but I say everything in moderation -
  13. This brings me back to the days of my first backseat blowjob coming home from the bar in a cab. Oh to be 22 again - (and I'm only just turned 30) I say if you want to be a basic bitch and drink pumpkin beer, then do it- but its gotta have a man % of at least 8+, none of this 5-ish etc (although I am with Slow Miata here, IPA's have been king for me lately) Hipp-O-Lantern from River Horse is not overpowering pumpkin at all and is 8.5% - Pumpking from Southern Tier as well hovering around 9 I think - I usually hit up the pumpkin beers around 2nd or 3rd week in October for a few weeks as I'm sick of Octoberfest by then, I start hitting Octoberfest hard right around Labor Day LOL Actually one of the best pumpkin beers I had back in my early 20's way before it was a trend was made by Michelob - it was called "Pumpkin Jack" and remember it was damn delicious for the cheap price of like $7 a 6-pack. I never could get it in Jersey either, only when I went to a car show in OCMD I remember getting it in the food lion down there. I'll have to google to see if its made anymore. And please for the love of pete on a gun forum can we not be like a bunch of bimbo housewives and be beer snobs? The wine industry is bad enough haha. I like a damn good beer myself but when I'm sweating more than Rico Rodriguez on Broad Street in Newark I sometimes have to slam down some "piss water" like Mickey Ultra or Thriller Lite when I'm thirsty as a beast and don't want hose water.

    PPQ 45

Good to hear some impressions as the long term reviews are just trickling out - I was considering one for my next 45ACP to compliment my M2 9mm, and to add another 45 as I have a 1911 - Currently at $560 shipped from GunBuyer and Buds which isn't bad at all - I was thinking to add a VP9 to the stable but given my luck they would come out with a VP45 after Shot Show next year which is what I'd really like to see
  15. Yeah I hear that Steve - if you guys are doing fine then whats their deal. CDNN will probably be the first to pull AR's the next time some Aloha Snackbar shoots up a lesbian rally.
  16. Perfect - that is what I'm thinking, so I can visit, just can't leave it there and go back to NJ lol - again this is worst case scenario but talking to my mother in law it always has to be worst case scenario.
  17. Fuck CDNN HOWEVER - I can see the other side of the coin though - they are probably in a free state - its an absolute headache to deal with NJ, NY, CA, CT, MA, restrictions - they don't want the hassle - nor do they want to support our asinine gun policies in this state
  18. Thank you - regarding 1, lets say judgement has been found and he is disallowed from possessing or owning because of said sympathetic judge 30+ years ago - would he be in violation for just having mine in his home, temporarily, while I am visiting? Would that be spelled out in his judgement, i.e. he cannot own or possess, but would it specify that he is not even able to be around other people's firearms? (which is how I see it, because wouldn't that be the same if he was at my house, he's around my guns either way?) Because this would be a big fucking pain in my ass and really piss me off if I can't even carry like I'm a real American when I am down there visiting, or bring my firearms down to go shoot (and therefore have to rent) when I want to do something fun. I understand #0 you're not a lawyer but this is kind of where I'm at. I'm reading NC statute and even in worst case scenario, how would a holstered firearm, or a firearm that is locked up without him having access to the key, constitute a violation of his order " it is unlawful for the following persons to purchase, own, possess, or have in the person's custody, care, or control" - control would be the key, custody and care would be if I wasn't there, correct?
  19. I am going to check both out - want an AR for my next long gun but something awesome about a 12 gauge semi-auto
  20. OK so long story short my father in law is 71 now, married to my mother in law for 20+ years (they started dating when my wife was about 3-4 years old, she is turning 30 now, my Mother-in-law is 17 years younger), but was divorced about 25 years ago from his first marriage, a very spiteful and mentally unstable woman he had dated since high school from what they tell me. She took out a restraining order on him about a week after he left her, found a sympathetic judge telling him he had a temper and she feared for her life, etc even though no domestic disputes were on record, and he granted it basically no questions asked. She now lives in NC, and he lives in the OBX - Furthermore, the judge is STILL on the bench believe it or not even though my father-in-law has been happily remarried, wants nothing to do with his ex wife, and just wants to get on with his life, but he won't be able to get the restraining order thrown out until the judge retires - Bergen County judge who apparently has a reputation for never overturning any prior rulings of his in 40+ years on the bench. So, with that said, my mother-in-law can be kind of a pain in the ass because she's always "worried" about any legal ramifications, for example, I asked him to go to the range with me a couple months ago and the next day he told me he wasn't coming because he had things to do - I later find out that he was embarassed to tell me that he wasn't going to come shooting because of the order, and my mother-in-law was telling him he could be violating it by going to the range. I have no friggin clue to be honest - so seeking out someone who might have legal advice - but this is going to really piss me off if I can't go down to visit them and bring my firearms to go shooting at the local ranges, or when my non-resident CCW's are issued, to be able to legally carry down there. So my questions are: 1) Are there any legal ramifications to my father-in-law or violations being done, if I am staying with them for the week and bring a couple of my firearms down to their house so my wife and I can go shooting? 2) Was my mother-in-law just being dramatic or is my father-in-law actually barred from going to the local range to go shooting in NJ with me because of the order? 3) If my non-resident CCW gets issued and we are staying with them for say a week in NC, is there anything to preclude me from bringing a firearm down with me so I can carry while I'm down there? My first impression is to say these are my firearms and if they aren't left at their house there should be no issue - my mother-in-law is worried that in a terrible case scenario and say cops came to the house he would be in violation if there were firearms in the home, even if they were mine and I was there - on the flip side, if you completely make it opposite wouldn't that be true for my house too? I.E. he shouldn't be staying with us because he has a restraining order and there are firearms in my house? I'm fairly certain both my in-laws are being dramatic but want to confirm - and I know if my father-in-law calls his lawyer to ask, he is going to say "well its not illegal, but in your best interest" blah blah blah - point blank and center is he doing anything wrong by letting me visit his home and bring firearms with me?
  21. I was wondering the exact same thing! I see its going to loop around back towards Florida, is it possible it could do a "double hit"? And we'd have the same conversation a week from now if it strengthened back up again? So unpredictable. Your drive is much nicer and shorter than ours, my in-laws are pretty far south on the OBX - an 8 hour ride is a breeze compared to the approx 11 that we do, including about 2-3 stops for bathroom, snacks and stretching, and a fuel stop (only one needed with my wifes VW diesel) - but you're right doing the Eastern shore and Chesapeake is a much nicer ride Not sure if you mentioned this, but I actually like doing 113 through Delaware and into Maryland as opposed to Route 13 which is where most GPS takes you since its straight through the middle - 113 heads out towards the coast a bit but its much faster and you are always moving, whereas Route 13 tends to get slower in spots and major towns - you also avoid a few major towns in MD when first getting in, IIRC - I have to look at my map again.
