  1. There are plenty of commercial open parking lots in town. I can probably also come up with a visitor residential parking pass for you so you can park anywhere south of Broad. https://www.bringfido.com/restaurant/city/charleston_sc_us/ You might want to check out The Barrel, outdoor place towards Folly Beach where the dogs can run around.
  2. While Halls is awesome and we highly recommend it, at the end of the day it's a classic steakhouse and you can get that anywhere. This is where they have the gospel brunch. For a true Charleston dining experience, these are our favorites: Magnolias Anson High Cotton (owned by Halls) SNOB (owned by Halls) Fig (Mike Lata - very hard to get resy) The Ordinary (also Mike Lata) Hank's Seafood Bowens Island (classic "fish camp") Rodney Scott's barbecue (James Beard winner) Home Team barbecue (3 locations) Lenoir (Vivan Howard) Rutledge Cab (Bill Murray - good for burgers) Leon's Little Jack's Tavern

  4. I think Charleston is one of those few places that if you were blindfolded and then dropped off there, you would instantly recognize it. But good lord please don't come to Charleston and eat at an IHOP.
  5. I paid more than twice as much for my Charleston house, but the taxes are less than half.

We've got pork roll here, but shit for bagels, pizza, and chinese food ... but what we do have is amazing BBQ, seafood, and southern/soul food.
  7. They're not afraid of anything. They simply won't abide. Just look at what they're doing re the Republicans at the statehouse and the NJSP/NJNG.
  8. FWIW when I moved to free America I converted my Hexmag 15/30s to 30s and they work just fine (required new springs).
  9. Which is why if there isn't a major political shift in the state, NJ residents will never be able to carry.
  10. Try Harris Surveying in Robbinsville. I know Kevin one of the sons.
  11. Barrel length is largely dependent on your intended use. Longer barrel: easier to aim, harder to conceal, less felt recoil Shorter barrel: harder to aim, easier to conceal, more felt recoil
  12. The difference here is those marriage rights legally didn't exist. The 2A rights in NJ are only "de facto" banned in that the law allows for it, it's just that in practice it's rare for someone to be granted a license.
  13. Why would they? Dems don't follow the law, or constitution.
  14. I have the 7378 that I use for USPSA (and would use for open carry) and like that too. https://safariland.com/products/model-7378-7ts-als-concealment-paddle-and-belt-loop-combo-holster-34851
  15. I have the Alien Gear 3.5 and love it. Wear it every day with my Glock 26, very comfortable.
  16. Thanks to the mods for moving to the correct forum!

  18. I swear when I first read the article on my phone it mentioned that recreational shooting with those firearms had been allowed on set, but now it's not there. Interesting to see what comes of that ...
