Nice - beautiful street - my eldest daughter is getting married in Charleston next OCT - and I will be down in FEB looking at hotels etc. Looking to move to Bluffton/Beaufort area soon (less than 4 years). The Palachcucola Range seems to be closest except for the Palmetto indoor range......... good for you enjoy your time there.......

So I have questions !!! How was getting your CWP permit in SC? What range did you use - I hear they can be iffy - the public ones that is? Where in SC do you live? How do you like it? How long there? etc. The issue in the 2" firing .357 is dwell time in the barrel - I like .38+P in my model 19 Smith.

CAL. .30 M1 replied to capt14k's topic in C&R Military Surplus
What I find exciting about it, let alone the rifle itself....I was unaware of them. ...was that it was at auction.... Person to person, especially of an older guy gal is tough to swallow....but auction....wow. Now i do know a place where two m1a1 paratroopers can reside -

For gun folks you two have to be the most ignorant I have found and I call into question many things - FUDDs come to mind. @greatwhite - you seem to have all the data you need - yet you can't believe half of it, you seem to not want to accept most of it and generally keep probing for information that has been handed to you. Your probing of information with differing scenarios and nuances raises flags for me and me only it seems - that you either A) are not what you say you are B) don't have what you say you have and sadly C) to me - seems to be trying to find more loopholes in NJ sucky gun laws to possibly attempt to closing what might exist in the coming legislative cycles. Paranoid? You betcha - in NJ you have to be - they *are* out to get you. @BubbaJ - umm - FUDD much............it appears folks like you are the reason why we are in the pickle we are in in NJ and what you are bringing to PA. The 2A IS NOT ABOUT HUNTING - IT IS NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN KILL TO EAT..... Yeah a 30CAL is what I want for home defense, for intruders........gang bangers, home invasions etc. I have contributed to this drivel and for that I am truly sorry.

And upon confiscation zero due diligence is done to protect your propert and investments .. Thinking abou guns tossed in garbage pails and piled in with no rhyme reason or protection.... I've seen it and have seen the looks on some folks face when they got their guns back that were scratched marred and rusted....
