tinyboy 1 Posted July 20, 2009 http://www.browning.com/products/catalo ... ype_id=022 1 permit to go, and while I hate getting two of the same caliber (I already have a gorgeous Beretta 92FS in stainless) I really like the way this one looks Anyone have any Browning High Power, or this one in particular? tinyboy
Maksim 1,504 Posted July 20, 2009 brother owns a hi power. love it. absolutely amazing fit in the hand. I personally dont like the camo print... just cheapens a classic for me. I did see the camo one at Cheyenne a few months back.
tinyboy 1 Posted July 20, 2009 Yeah and they still have it. I love the cammo it makes it look so gawdy....
Maksim 1,504 Posted July 20, 2009 wow. they still have it? how much were they asking? you can find them in good condition for around 600. But I know... you only get used women. =P not guns.
matt6669 71 Posted July 20, 2009 not a fan of the look but if you like how it feels and how it shoots then who cares what it looks I can't believe I just said that after bitching on this site that my scope mounts wouldn't match HA
tinyboy 1 Posted July 20, 2009 MSRP is in the 900s. I thought it was new at Cheyenne but if its used im passing on it Im going tomm after work and gonna lock it up, unless they have a Desert Eagle .44! Which they dont! Do I really need another motherloving 9? HELP! What about a .45 GAP Max? How do they shoot
nitrospaz9 10 Posted July 21, 2009 Last time I was at the bullet hole they had a D.E in 44 i believe. Might of been 50 though
Maksim 1,504 Posted July 21, 2009 that hi power at cheynne i believe is new. 45 gap is nice. but ammo not as widely distributed. It is avail, just not in alot of places if it makes sense. it is a higher compression 45 acp, in a smaller case. its a nice odball, and I love it in my XD. Once the press gets here, will be able to reload it, and shoot more. I believe there is a 1911 in a 45gap. =P but if I had to pick... browning hi power over 45 gap, over 5.7 but that is because I feel Browning Hi Powers are much more scarce/rare, yet a worldwide classic. tinyboy 1 Posted July 21, 2009 if they still have the cammo one at cheyenne im grabbing it tomm, going to central jersey to shoot it and then coming down to BA

Circlesqr 1 Posted July 21, 2009 Skip the digital camo...classics like the BHP look best in basic black. --Daniel
