So Judge Benitiz ruled again in the constitutions favor and ruled CA. ammo ban unconstitutional as well as background checks for ammo.

 

My question,    when are the Nj groups going to sue?      ANJRPC where are you on this anyone who purchased ammo and had to submit to back ground check has standing.  lets go groups, why do we even send you money if your just going to "Wait" to see what happens.   be the leader not the follower

I think since dec 2022 or sometime around then all ffl's must do a background check to buy ammo at a store or range.

That same law also says that if you buy 2k or more rounds, you get a call from NJSP.

No it doesn't. It says the FFL must notify NJSP immediately.
