Washington State's Mag Ban struck down (Injunction) by the Superior court, however the WA AG filed an appeal to the WA Supreme court, and the ruling was stayed, and the ban is still in effect.  So..... Yay?  I don't know if this can help us on the 10th or not.

I am sure that Dan Schmutter is going to bring that up during oral arguments Wednesday.

I'm confident that Magazine limits will need to go to the SCOTUS. But that's going to take years, if ever.

Here are more magazine limit cases. Basically they both ruled against the citizens. This is what NJ is going to use to rule against us. So that will be 3 decisions + the WA State case above saying they are constitutional. The problem is we need conflicting rulings and it's not happening.

The outcome of this case has already been decided.
