Ruger 10/22 Need help

Didn't want to start a new thread about this since so much 10/22 info is already here. Been thinking about getting a 10/22, but, was wondering how difficult it is to change out the barrel and the stock? Is it something that can be done at home with basic hand tools?

No, if you can change batteries in a smoke detector you can change the barrel on a 10/22.
