Fid card question

Added to the length/width. There isn't too much excess on mine to really trim it down without possibly breaking the seal. It barely fits into one of the slots in my wallet and it's a pain in the a$s to get it in and out. But it's better than having the card fall apart and requesting another copy from the PD.

When I got my FID card, my officer told me flat out I could get it laminated. Of course I still haven't and it's been a couple of years now. I should go and get that done

No gun dealer will accept a photo copied FPID card to my knowledge. That would be like driving around with a photo copied drivers licence

Yes you should laminate it! I laminated mine 5 minutes after receiving it. My friend has one that is on its last legs. I'm gonna remind him that it could take a looooooooong time to get a duplicate if he needed one.

Remind him when he goes to get a duplicate that he "lost" his old card.
