If you intend to get a 10/22 just buy the cheapest one you can find.

 

Once it's "pimped" out the price goes way up. It's more fun to add your own stuff anyway.

Agreed, there are so many options to build a 10/22 that it's not worth paying for anything extra the factory does.

Hell go out and find the cheapest used one you can get and start there.
