Are you buying it or is someone leaving it to you in their will?

 

If you are buying it then I believe it is treated as any other handgun purchase in NJ. Permits are required.

You need a handgun permit to take ownership of a handgun BB gun in this state - FYI (unless it or any other firearm is willed to you)

My pietta repro remington says only 12 grains.. its like a pea shooter.
