I ordered a Red Kobra knock-off from them in Dec. The website said allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. So, I email them to see if and when the scope will be shipped because I was going away for a few days. No reply to email, sent at least one email everyday till Feb. 22 when the owner(I guess)emails me back with a story about how he is a car dealer, one of his flunkies run the place now, guys wife had a baby, do i still want the red dot. I tell him yes, and wait a week, nothing. So the email campaign continued. I gave them till March 10 to tell me if the red dot shipped. No word from them at all, so today I requested a refund. I will let you know if i ever get it. In the mean time I've got to find a Kobra knock off somewhere else.

They don't have a number listed. You don't think the 50 emails got thier attention. If you run an internet based business I would think email would be the preferred method of communication. If it were cataloge based I could see using the phone. Why should i have to call them anyway? I placed an order, do your job and fill the order.
