TheWombat 67 Posted December 6, 2011 Thanks TwoSpot. @RayRay - agreed re: the right v privilege, and also I share the viewpoint that the chances of a federally mandated training scheme being successful at achieving its goal are very slim. @TwoSpot - agreed if people don't want to learn and/or pay attention then they won't I believe we're all in agreement that we do want gun ownership, we want it to be safe, and we want it to be fun and affordable.
