I have one of these from Wideners. I have shot EVERYTHING (except AP), up to and including steel core 7.62x54R, at it and it barely has a scratch on it. This is a great swinginging target. You need to build the frame though. I just used a piece of rebar and bent it into a U shape to plant the ends in the ground.
