So I bought a savage arms axis xp .223 and now I am looking for a bi-pod. I just need to know what i need to buy to do make this happen. Also were is the best place to get replacement magazines.

Bipods can attach to the front sling stud. Lots of options.

I'd shop around for prices on mags.

harris makes a good all around bipod for around 100 bucks, and if you are looking for a more tactical looking bipod, atlas makes a great product that starts around 300
