So apparently, in the name of stopping child pornography, here's a new bill that would require your ISP to keep records of your history and any financial transactions you make for 18 months. Welp, I guess if it's for the children!

The govt already collect huge amounts of data about you in secret via private entities wih huge databases. Didn't you watch the CNBC special on data collectors? Until the govt is challenged in a court of law, it will continue working in the grey area like the GPS secret trackers now found unconstitutional by the US supreme court.
