WOLFIE4305 3 Posted February 13, 2012 Am I becoming a gun whore? Yep, sure am. My grandfather passed away last year and my grandmother had to move out of the house. During the move my brother and I were tasked with taking all his hunting shotguns and rifles and holding on to them. This was in the safe along with some remington shotguns and single barrel youth 20 gauges. From what I can tell it looks to be a Marlin 925 .22 with a 7 round magazine, but I am no rifle expert so Im looking for some help with what it is. I have it with me now and am going to give it a full cleaning since its probably been sitting in his safe for close to 10 years. I cycled some ammo through the magazine and it works fine. Hoping to get it done today and take it to RTSP later and shoot some down range. Thanks guys!
hd2000fxdl 422 Posted February 13, 2012 No help on the ID, but I must say, that's a very nice looking rifle and would like a few close up pic's of the wood. Look to be in pristine condition..
