Rifle Long Shot - Just FYI.

Just wanted to mention Any Rifle shoot at CJRPC. I did two of them and they are much fun. You will start to see if you know how to shoot (or not). I usually tune up at Dix 14 a few days before.

 

CJ is 300 yards prone/iron or scope/ 3 x 20 shots. Slow fire.

 

After you figure it all out you can try 600 yards at Cumberland, Milleville, NJ. I have not been there yet.

 

In both cases you need not be a member. Just pay the fee and do it.

We have months to go, but South Jersey Shooting Club has held "Frozen Nuts" matches through the winter. Same idea, 300 yards, no membership needed. I would like to attend but they hold shoots on Sundays and my Sundays are all booked up.
