M16 BCG

What are the laws pertaining to running an M16 bolt in your AR15 upper? I was at the PA gun show this weekend and seen an m16 BCG for 120$ . I wanted it so bad but this state scares the piss out of me since the laws are so vague.

The bolt carrier does not matter, most come with full auto carrier. It is the FCG that matters.

They are good to go imo. Multiple vendors will ship their rifles with the m16 bolt carrier into nj. A well functioning rifle without a rdias will not be capable of auto fire. The bolt carrier won't change anything.

Ok great, I wasn't totally sure of the law on said parts. I know the diff. between an AR15 and M16 lowers and how they are milled diff. to not allow the use of an M16 FCG. Are any uppers milled in the same way to not allow the use of an M16 BCG?

I know the differences between lowers. Never heard of an upper being milled differently.
