one pistol per month .... but what about long guns?

Hey guys,

 

I get the 1 pistol every 30 days law, but what about rifles?

 

I just had my 92fs delivered to my my ffl, but am getting some rifles too.

 

As i understand it, you can buy more than one long gun per month, but what if you have already purchased a pistol?

 

I believe i am ok... just wanted to toss it out there to see what yall think.

You're fine. You can buy every rifle/shotgun in the store.

Makes no difference how many pistols you bought. You can buy as many long guns daily as you can afford.

If you have the funds, you can buy as many long guns as,you want.

Some good FFLs also give discount on transfer fees if you are transferring multiple firearms at the same time.

So one pistol and some long guns at the same time would need only one NICS/NJSP check.

 

So ask the FFL if they are open to it.

Yep you can buy a dozen AR-15s (that don't say AR-15) yet you can't buy one .22 single action revolver without a permit and you can only buy one a month with one permit for each. Those are our sensible gun laws.
