ar 10 charging handle/scope clearance...

i have an Armalite ar-10 with a nikon m308 scope.. it is difficult to grasp the charging handle because of the scope eyepiece is over the charging handle and there isnt much clearance to get your hand there.... so i want to order a bravo company charging handle with large latch... anyone have this issue? and have these modified charging handles, and if so, how do you like them?

Don't have an AR10 or an m308 scope, but I do have a BCM charging handle mod4. The extended length of the latch certainly helps pull it back especially if you have a scope mounted really low to the top of the receiver. You can't go wrong with the BCM charging handles. That's all I use in my ARs.

I have a mod 3 on my 5.56 but I dont really have a big issue with optics. It does help to have a little more bite when I'm doing left hand charging.
