I don't want to trash this guy because I have met him and had a smooth transaction with him in the past, and I believe he is one of the good guys. But, he didn't keep his word and reneged on his end of the deal. In a state of heightened emotionality because he disagreed with my point of view, he has decided to back out of a deal with me and has left me hanging for a month while I was waiting on his permits.
