TK421 2 Posted February 28, 2013 Well this theory has been around since the late 90s. It doesn't bother me that the government would prepare for a potential epidemic by staging the materials that would be required to safely dispose of tens or hundreds of thousands of infected corpses. What does bother me is when they purchase 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition for domestic law enforcement agencies. That kinda makes the plastic caskets a little insignificant to me.
