mag1 0 Posted March 27, 2013 Shot 42 flawless rounds rem umc through. Trigger doesnt seem as nice as my Vbob or Wilson. Slide to frame better than Vbob. Vbob and Wilson definitely have a smooth like glass feel on racking, the Kobra not as much, but still glides nice. Pretty impressed with accuracy though. Shot 7 round groups at 10 yards (New to shooting 1911s) Really like the snakeskin treatment. Definitely less recoil than the Vbob. Finish is outstanding. The stainless is a looker on this 1. So clean! Case it came in not nearly as nice as the Wilson's. Like factor for me: 90% based on looks and accuracy.

bry@n 195 Posted March 27, 2013 Nice gun. I would date that gun to 2007-2008. I have never shot the vbob but I am happy with my Kobra carry. Fit is tight, trigger is sweet and slide is like glass.

bry@n 195 Posted March 27, 2013 2008...Who told you! With my experience with Ed brown, the serial number and the KC roll mark is why I said 2008.
NJCK 5 Posted March 27, 2013 Welcome to the Kobra club! Surprised you find the trigger better than the VBOB (I too have both, actually a few Kobras), but not so much against the Wilson! However, the trigger can be made exceptionally clean and break at practically whatever you want easily.
