HANDGUN LEAGUE NIGHT HELP?

I am willingly coming to the best resource I know of for information on competitive handgun leagues. RTSP is looking to start a handgun competitive league in the next few months, problem is we don't know a whole lot about it.  I am seeking a qualified individual, or individuals, to organize and run any such type of league.  This is not a paid position in theory, but the individual, or individuals, will be more than compensated for their time in fringe benefits.

 

What we have to offer, and I am not even sure if it works, is a 25 yard range that is limited to static type shooting only from the 9 ports and a 15 yard range that is fully baffled and shooters can move beyond the static ports within the 21 ported "down range" area.
