About 2/3 the way to the end he talks about CCW in Illinois.

 

And he also mentions the "loud music" incident and the popcorn/texting incident, as examples of why CCW is a bad idea. 

 

He also mentioned that someone doesn't become proficient with a firearm with just 16 hours training.

 

By the way he forgot to mention that the guy who shot the popcorn throwing texter in the theater was a retired cop.

I would be completely fine with disarming him. This is the guy who repeatedly argued with cops outside his jurisdiction and went on a drunk rampage, shooting out streetlights. He shouldn't be on any police force. He should be in jail.
