I have a birthday coming up and I was thinking about getting one of these. Does anyone know if its NJ Legal? It looks pretty freaking cool!

Nope ...went with the black aces tactical receiver that uses saiga 12 mags

I think its legal but I would also hate to try and explain its legality to a cop if I got pulled over, but I still want it!
