folding ar stock

Anyone have any input reguarding the law tactical folding ar stock mount? Pros cons..... is it illegal in nj? 200 bucks though... thanks

I snagged one to test it out. Neat idea and pretty well built. I ended up ditching it because it felt a little bulky plus I didn't like the fact that I could fire the rifle when the stock was folded which would have really sucked.

Yeah. I thought it was a nifty idea. So with an already nj compliant rifle pinned stock/ and muzzle brake no bayo lug ect. I could add this and still be compliant? I understand that you get one round off but it wount cycle and most likely damage the assembly .

Unless you have one of the new "NY" style featureless AR's than i will assume

your AR has a pistol grip.

Since a pistol grip is 1 "Evil feature" you cannot legally add another "evil feature" 

such as a folding or telescopic stock.

Wow. That would probably ruin your day.

 

From an engineering perspective, sounds like an interesting concept but a practical nightmare - probably belongs in the "cool idea" section of AR accessories.
