Stopped in yesterday, the floor was covered in casings.  Asked what was up, and they said they had an air quality test 10 days ago, and are hoping that is the final hurdle.

I can only answer the first question.  I think its $8 for a half hour and $15 for an hour.  There is also a $200 annual membership.
