I know the process for UT and FL, what is the process of VA and AZ? Thank you.

Very simple:

VA - 2 sets of fingerprints taken by a police agency; 2 photos; Notarized application; Pistol competency certificate (e.g. NRA Basic Pistol Course, hunter education course, military service); Government issued photo ID.

AZ - 2 sets of fingerprints (police or private); Pistol competency certificate (e.g. NRA Basic Pistol Course, hunter education course, military service). AZ CCW does not have your photo on it.

Nor does New Hampshire have A photo

Then all those "Online VA certificates" are BS I take it?
