Can Anyone Identify This 12 Gauge?

I need some parts for this and I dont know where to begin due to the fact I have no idea of a model number or anything. All I can tell you is that its a Franchi. There are no other markings on it. I purchased this years ago FTF, it was a hand me down from a friend, he has an FID, I have an FID, we did the proper paperwork (certificate of eligibility). He tried to get another $15 out of me for a NICS check! haha just kidding. Anyway, he did not know anything about it, and here we are. I'm looking for a replacement recoil pad, also a bolt spring (im sure thats the wrong name for it). Any help would be appreciated, as I know noting about franchi's, but I would like to shoot this.

Franchi 48? Hard to tell at the angle in the photo. Try typing in Franchi on gunbroker and match the images as a starting point.
