The Sigma is a DAO pistol. IMO, the trigger pull weight and travel length is close to many revolvers.

I have a Five-seveN. Very little recoil and very accurate. It made a dent in a steel plate at a "Plate Shoot" with V-Max ammo. So I was banned from using it. The ammo is only $20/box of 50 rounds.

IMHO, I foresee the PD issuing only one permit every 30 days. That will be the limit for everyone. C&R or not. That is the only way to 'police' the purchases. ETA: POLICE = to regulate, control, or keep in order by or as if by means of police.

Where is the exemption? All I see is "transfers of handguns between licensed retail dealers". Dealers are only exempt from purchasing from other dealers, NOT from non-licensees, C&R holders, pawn shops or manufacturers.
