Yeah, I shot your compact CZ in .40 and I liked the all metal heft, much lower felt recoil compared to polymer guns. Also, there is something sexy about an all metal gun!

+1 I vote for #2. The chances of them denying even after eval is IMO quite high (state of mind is such a subjective thing), so you are better off not wasting a grand, but use it to take them to court. But, I would think you would still need to go get some type of eval before you go to court, to provide substantiation that you are of sane mind, but at least that's going toward helping you win. If you have friends (not family) that have known you for a long time can vouch for you, that's the ticket to build a case. A teacher who knew you from school is always a +. I wonder if the NRA would help you with a free lawyer and an eval!! They are AWOL from NJ, yet they always want money! Best of luck.

I too have a "Sandy" and she is almost 14 years old. Got her from a shelter for my daughter. She has been healthy till about a year ago, but now she has lost bladder control. She takes off doggy diapers immediately! We are cleaning up the floors constantly. Also, she may be losing eyesight too ... the poor thing goes to the bedroom for food or tries to go towards the basement door when I ask her to go to the backyard! We call her the crazy ole lady We hope she dies peacefully when it's time. My family always had several dogs, so I know how it feels. Dogs are like family, and great companions. Don't feel bad, it's time to let go ... and if you have the space and time, you should get another puppy! When I get a ranch in Montana, Wyoming ... I will get a Siberian Husky! Actually, a bunch of puppies!

I should say "not all" have the standard rail. My Berreta Neos 22lr has a standard rail.

Do you have standard rail on the 22 to install the red dot? 22 rifle mount is narrow and thin. The red-dot mount is NOT designed for a 22 rifle/pistol, you may need an adapter ...

I have a Remington 1100 semi-auto 12GA with 4+1 capacity, standard stock. Considering NJ allows maximum capacity of six, can I add a 2 round mag extension to it? Or is that considered 6+1 and not legal? On a unrelated note, I want to put a stand off / breacher similar to this PK90 suggested (they are for threaded barrel), but I would like one that's a clamp-on. Anyone sells those?

Is this every time the barrel is switched from .40 to 9mm or the replacement parts will work for both calibers? I ask because I am getting a G22 w/ 9mm replacement barrel w/ G17 mags.
