Hello Everyone, A year ago i bought a SW Model 57 in 41 Magnum. Its a bit of an oddball round however i shot a few 44 Mags before i bought this and found the recoil not fun as in something i cant shoot more than 5-10 rounds without pain so i got this. Its been very fun shooting it and i can shoot rounds and rounds without any recoil issue. As ammo is hard to find and expensive i v been reloading to lower the costs. I see on the web there is many different opinions on the round especially vs 44 Mag as the round came to market after the 44 Magnum. Do you have a gun in 41 Magnum and what s your experience with it?

I use FireClean on my AK Bolt and on one of my handguns. The handgun is in storage now so i ll see what happens after a long time. So far no problems. I ve had bad experiences with GUNZILLA though in the same way that TBill is describing fireclean s issues above. After a while it turns into a brownish cosmiline like gunk that is hard to remove and cakes.

Anyway, i ve been also reading the comments on nj.com Many ignorant and repeating the Assault Weapon Mantra. This will cause issues for gun rights and the antis and moms demanding will be definataly using this in NJ as an example of bad gun owners. Also a gun shop opened last year in that town. I m sure it was hard to get the license to operate a gun shop in a super liberal soccer mom town. Lets hope they are ok after this tragedy.
