I've met George and don't know the man other than a few times at meetings. I do however know the other party you mentioned and the crowd of folks supporting George. I stood up at the meeting and called them hypocrits because how could they stand for the 2A if they were willing to oppress the 1A. I have nothing to gain nor lose here but I tjink George has valid points. I'd like to see how this plays out for sure. I wish him well. Nothing worse than somebody abiding their power. On another note, I highly doubt George wouldn't go to that meeting. Plenty of people go to meetings just to see how the board handles this. I don't for a second believe he wouldn't have gone because he stood tall every time I saw the guy.

Had a house there before building my current house. When I lived there for 4 months while building I saw things I never knew about when there on the weekend. Would never go back.

^^^^ Nails it. The membership has every right to question the board. They serve the membership. May be a crappy job but they volunteered. I truly feel that the way you deal with people is how people deal with you. The board has pulled this sorta thing with other members. It just so happens that George has the financial backing to push back to them. I don't support either one (board or George) but I have gone to the meetings and I see some balid points.

Lawmens doesn't sell to civilians and that was last year. I was there 3-4 months ago and they had nothing used at all in Pensauken.

Accuracy will also trump everything but you'll need to shoot faster at uspsa to compete that at a Glock match.

At a Glock match, you're not drawing from a holster, you are shooting from the low ready. That's easier on new shooters. It's a mix of time and quality of shots, not scored the same as uspsa and maybe idpa. Correct me if I'm wrong but uspsa is very times based. In the end, even if you don't place first to win a gun, it's essentially a drawing for a Glock, cash, membership etc......

Yeah. That was then and still now. I remembering reading an article last year about the ceo making sure they brought the name back......didn't happen. It's a great low cost, value gun but no where near what a s&w or even a gp100 is. I'd take joe up in the gp100 for the 450 he's asking. It's a decent deal.

The agreed that they've had way too many guns come back for service. New guns, not guns that have been shot a lot. They said they have worked hard recently to establish better quality control to be sure they don't have a lot of comebacks.

I disagree. The 627 is a better gun imo.
