never had an issue with speer lawman stuff. it has always been my first choice but it's usually expensive, so i go for PMC bronze asa second choice. The 2 times i bought remington bulk ammo, i had a lot of issues with it, so i stay away from them.

it should be a straight yes or no answer. it will either happen or not based on the Nation's (hence the word National) choice, so any other state may not have a say in it. It won't prevent other states from creating state laws that acts as a loophole so they don't have to abide by it.

my friend did. he only applied for a handgun purchase permit (didn't check the other box), so they didnt give him an FID since the FID is used for purchasing long guns. this is what I've noticed with the NJSP- on pkwy, tpke, and I-80 if you do around 75mph they usually leave you alone. 80+and you're getting a ticket. 85+ and higher and you're getting at least 3 more tickets.

as long as there's no minor around, i dont think there's anything wrong with that. They should be charging the neighbor with all kinds of crap instead of having him testify against the blind guy for a deal. I know several people (including a few LEOs) who's house is filled with guns all over the place where you could literally get to a firearm in any room within 2 seconds.

being drunk or pill popping doesn't automatically make you unfit to own firearms. You have to be medically evaluated by a professional first. In theory, you can answer "no" to the alcohol and drug dependence question on application forms if you haven't been seen and evaluated by a professional.

i suggest also looking at resale value at the end of your contract. check to see how much old iphones go for compared to other smartphones.

according to NJ Laws unless you're going to and from "authorized" places (with some acceptable deviation), whatever firearm you're transporting would be illegal unless you are on the list of exempted people.

if you're going 80 and you see a car approaching behind you going faster, would it hurt to switch to the middle lane until he passes you then go back to the left lane and continue cruising?

If you're accelerating as you are trying to pass someone and your car can only go so fast when stepping on the gas, then that's acceptable. not everyone has a fast car. However, If you maintain a speed just fast enough to be slightly ahead of the car you are passing but slow enough so the guy behind you cannot pass then there's a problem too.

if you're going 10mph over the speed limit on the left lane, then I have a problem with that. If you're in the center lane and I ride up your a$$ then that means there must be another a-hole on the left lane driving 10mph over the limit and thinking they're going fast enough.
