    G19 or M&P9?

I have the glock 23 gen4 and love it. Not one problem in 800 rds. It feels perfect in my hand but like maks said it starts to hurt after a while although you should have less of an issue with the 19. I think the size is perfect and it just plain works. If this is your first pistol I would suggest something in fullsize ie. the m&p becuase youre gonna want to do alot of shooting. If not the g19 is a great piece to add to the arsenal.
  2. Anyone surf. Tomorrow morning is gonna be sweet. I have 10 gallons of drinking water some trail mix mre's and my guns. Im good.
  3. This guy is an idiot. I give them 3 months until someone is accidentally shot. That kun-fu **** doesn't work in the real world.
  4. I just bought the maglight XL50 it is a small tactical light and bright as hell. Probably brighter then my 2d cell led maglight. XL 50
  5. So I got a mosin from budsgunshop.com. I paid $110 for it and also ordered a 440 rd spam can of surplus corrosive ammo. First thing I did when I got it home was get the cosmoline off.I read to use brake cleaner so I picked some up. I disasembled the rifle completely and proceeded to spray the receiver and magazine down. Worked great to degrease and really strip all of the cosmo off. Next I tried the heatgun method of getting the cosmo off of the stock and hand guard. That didn't work to well for me so I proceeded to use some brake cleaner on it. It acutally turned out ok but may have taken a bit of the finish off. ANYWAYS so I got to shoot it today and it was the first centerfire rifle I have ever shot and all I can say is wow! IT WAS SOO MUCH FUN. Now its got me thinking about more rifles lol. Here is a quick video.
  6. Sounds like a real a-hole. I understand the stresses that a ffl has to stand but a person should not go into any type of business if they do not have the people skills required.
  7. I live in Egg Harbor Twp. and I belong to bobs little sports shop and Atlantic county firearms training facility. Both are great.Bobs is an 25yd indoor pistol range you can shoot anything up to 1800 fps. ACFTF is outdoor only open to civs on weekends and has a 50yd pistol and 100 yd rifle range.
  8. I bought some and some 40 from that site. You cant beat Internet prices with free shipping!
  9. The cci cb longs are just as quiet as my pellet gun. But you have to cycle the gun manually there isn't enough pressure to do it on its own .
  10. I am wondering if these are legal to have and what would you say would justify carrying one? Benchmade push knife
  11. My 15-22 is dead on at 100 yards. I have a cheap 30 dollar red dot on it and last time i was out shooting steel at 100 yds I was shooting a 12 in plate .Ping Ping Ping Ping. Maybe there's is an issue with your rifling ? What ammo are you using?
  12. Been on a knife kick since seeing the becker tac tool. I like the tac tool but want something more traditional. I'm about to order a bk2. Still has the thick blade and really tough. Gonna use around the yard and for camping. Anyone own or use before? http://youtu.be/iGSk9bkT34Y
  13. I bought a 92fs from buds for $530 It was my first firearm and I bought it without shooting it.All i knew is i wanted something metal framed,da-sa, cheap to shoot and accurate. I love the 92fs it is a true tack driver and am still glad with my decision.
  14. Anytime I leave my knife at home or in the car I always find that I need it. I carry it with me so I don't have to run to the cabinet or my glove box its out of my pocket and a spring assist away.I don't even think about my knife for self defense only practical applications.
  15. 20 gauge shot gun I was about 16 then hadn't touched another firearm (besides bb guns) until last summer when we took a trip to North Carolina and tried a bunch of different pistols. Since then I have been hooked and own a 92fs g23gen4 and a m&p 15-22.
  16. I use my kershaw scallion every day for things like: Opening boxes Cutting food cutting tape cutting wire cutting thread opening plastic packages and so many more.
