  1. Haha, I forgot to mention those. They are done as well.
  2. I picked this up recently to use for steel matches. It was a nice little gun but, needed some improving. VQ accurizing kit, VQ bolt tune up kit, VZ grips, Burris Fastfire III, MaddMacs compensator. Before After
  3. Just a note on the OB static steel. It is at the indoor range and is rimfire only.
  4. Not sure there's much you can do in that situation. Just stand by with a fire extinguisher in your hands and watch the ceiling.
  5. http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=188975 Yes because the only thing better than setting off your primers is setting off the primers and powder.
  6. No they don't. They do offer a stainless barrel cap separately though. Or, you can order the kit in black and it will match the existing barrel cap. Also, the plug for the barrel screw hole is not necessary, you can just leave the hole open.
  7. If you go with CW Accessories "performance enhancement system", you no longer need the barrel screw. The new kit comes with a plug to cover the hole. You also need their guide rod and spring for the kit to work. I have all that in mine as well as the base pads. I also added a steel, smith and alexander msh/magwell. The gun feels real nice and the weight is pretty close to a real 1911. Dawson fiber optic front and adjustable rear sights and I'm pretty happy with it. It does not like to be too dirty or too clean though. It runs best after 100 or so rounds have been run through it and then starts acting up again at about 6 - 700 or so. Also replaced the grips, grip screws, and grip screw bushings.
  8. That vote was back in March. Our other senator was unable to attend the vote since he was on his death bed at the time.
  9. No N320 but 310 1nd 340 are available
  10. I think I found a copy of your purchase list
  11. The Wolf Match Target is really good. I didn't notice any difference between that and Lapua Center X. Of course neither is available right now nor are the higher end offerings from Lapua. (Midas, X-act) http://www.midwayusa.com/find?sortby=1&itemsperpage=24&dimensionids=4294846213&dimensionids=4294846078&newcategorydimensionid=16330&searchscope=all
  12. Of the ones you listed, I would go with the Springer, no real reason other than I have had good luck with Springfield and I have no complaints about them. Also if there is ever a problem, Springfield's customer service is excellent. After saying that though, I would personally go with the modern category and pick up a Springfield Range Officer or Loaded. I hate those old style Mil-Spec sights.
  13. Smith & Wesson M&P 22, Ruger SR22, Sig/GSG1911-22. The S&W and 1911-22 are full size guns that look like their larger caliber counterparts. The Ruger is a little smaller. I had a S&W and currently have the Sig 1911-22, no real complaints about either. They are relatively reliable and accurate enough for plinking or shooting steel.
  14. Will be in stock at Powder Valley tomorrow 10am, central time. (from their facebook feed).
  15. Exactly what I'm doing. Ordered the same grips, sights, etc. Just hope it runs as good as my S&W 9mm 1911.
  16. It came out a little over a month ago. I have 1 gun to pick up once my permits come in, the 9mm RO will be 30 days after that. http://njgunforums.com/forum/index.php/topic/63601-damn-you-springfield-9mm-ro/
  17. Looking to have a barrel flush cut and crowned. Anybody local or do I have to ship it out?
  18. That cerakote looks great, I really like the look of it on the barrel hood, curious how that will hold up.

    Glock 19Gen4

I have heard this as well. Not sure I believe it though. Can you show me one instance where a prosecutor went after someone for a modified trigger? I have the new Ghost 3.5 in my G23 and it made a huge difference. However, I still don't like the gun and it sits in the safe.
